Will AI send something wrong to my customers?
Not on our builds - customer-facing messages go out as drafts you approve until you decide otherwise. Dollar amounts, prices and dates only ever come from your real records; the AI never invents them. If it does not know an answer, it hands the message to you instead of guessing.
Is AI actually worth it for a small business?
